1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Speed Motors website ("Site") or booking a ride through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. About Our Service

Speed Motors is a bike ride booking service. We display bike models of various brands including Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, United, Road Prince and Unique so you can choose the bike you'd like to ride. All bike images, specifications and descriptions are provided for informational purposes to help you pick a bike before booking your ride.

3. Ride Pricing

  • Every ride booked through Speed Motors is priced at a maximum of PKR 1,500, regardless of bike model.
  • The price shown for each bike on this Site is an estimate; the exact ride fare (within the PKR 1,500 cap) is confirmed by our team on WhatsApp before your ride begins, based on city, distance, and demand.
  • Ride prices do not include any additional charges (e.g. extended wait time or extra stops) unless agreed with our team in advance.

4. Booking a Ride

  • To book a ride, you must select a city, submit the order form with accurate details (including a valid CNIC and phone number), and confirm the request sent to us on WhatsApp.
  • Rides are currently available in Lahore, Multan, Muzaffargarh and Layyah only.
  • Pickup timelines depend on rider/bike availability in your selected city and are only estimates.
  • Payment for the ride is due at the time of pickup unless otherwise agreed with our team.

5. Rider Responsibility & Identification

A valid CNIC and working phone number are required to book and complete a ride, for identity verification and safety purposes. You are responsible for riding safely, following traffic laws, and returning the bike in the condition it was provided, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Website Use

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to copy, resell, or misuse the content, images, or pricing information published on this Site for commercial purposes without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Speed Motors is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of this website, including typographical errors in pricing or specifications. We reserve the right to correct any such errors at any time.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Site contains links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party platforms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of this Site or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
